Pricing

There are two parts to the pricing:

1. The upfront cost (for the install of the software, consulting & user training),
2. The monthly rental fee (for user licences, ongoing support & free software upgrades).

The upfront cost varies depending on:

• Where you want the application hosted (hosted by Seratec or installed onto your local server).
• If you want to receive our consulting & configuration service.
• How much training you want to pre-purchase.

The monthly rental fee is based on:

• $79 p/m for each desktop user (admin licence).
• $39 p/m for each PDA user (field licence).
• Approximately $70 p/m for base components license (varies depending on the components you select to use).
• $99 p/m hosting fee (if application is hosted by Seratec).

Please note that prices exclude GST, add 10% for GST.
